[Refund Terms]
・You can request a refund from January 16 to February 28, 2025.
・Please come to the store where you purchased it with the target product, receipt (not copyable), and paper warranty. We will refund the price at the time of purchase in cash. In addition, products will be collected at the store for return.
・Please bring the original paper for both the receipt and the warranty.
・Refunds will not be accepted if you purchase a shareholder special benefit ticket, points, shopping ticket, other cash vouchers, tax-free purchase, lens exchange ticket or social welfare.
・In the case of refund, please fill out the return sheet at the store. If you do not fill in, we will not be able to receive a refund.
・Refunds for other products purchased at the same time as the target product cannot be accepted.
・We cannot accept returns or refunds for customer reasons such as significant dirt or damage to the product.
・Products purchased outside the target purchase period are not eligible for this campaign. In addition, even if it is a target product, we only accept normal guarantee support outside the refund acceptance period.
